Do I need to be referred by my Doctor or a clinic.
Although we prefer you to advise your GP that you are
being treated by us, you may still come to us privately.

  Are all the sessions confidential
Yes. Only you and the Counsellor know what is said unless  
you are (with your express permission) referred on.

  How long does a session last
Normally 1½ hours, but this may vary according to your   
needs and the progress being made.

 May I bring along a friend to the first interview.
We are happy to agree if that is your wish. We would suggest
that it is better not to be chaperoned after the first interview.

  What happens if I refuse to be hypnotised
All sessions are under your control and you decide what
is best for you  - WE TALK WITH YOU, NOT AT YOU.

  How many sessions shall I need
It will depend on you and the problem. Our experience is that
a minimum of four is usual, but more may be necessary.

  What will it cost me
The initial interview is FREE. Thereafter, the  standard rate
is £25 per session, but this may be negotiated depending
upon individual circumstances, for example those on benefits
or assisted living.
